Please note that your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website. COLOUR INFORMATION:
House of Clay has tried to accurately display the colours of our products, however, the colours you may see will depend on your monitor, display device or screen and therefore may not be accurate.

PROCESSING TIME:
Based on our unwavering commitment to quality, All Clay dresses are made to order and 2B1 dresses will therefore take three to six months (3-6 months) to complete before your order is shipped. It may take less time depending on the dress style details and order quantity.
If you have an urgent wedding date you may contact us about the possibility of a rush order. However, House of Clay reserves the right to decline any order outside the required timeline and rush orders will attract an additional cost of US$200.
SHIPPING:
Local delivery may take 2-3 working days. Local customers may also choose to pick up from our location. All orders over US$500 will attract free shipping.
International delivery may take (3-5) working. Please ensure you have allowed adequate time before the actual date of your wedding to avoid late delivery mishaps. House of Clay has no control over the delivery time by the shipping company.
When your order has been shipped, a notification will be sent to your e-mail followed by timely updates on the progress of your dress. When your order is complete, shipment notification will be sent via email which will include your tracking number with which you may track your order online.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
At House of Clay we know that buying a dress for your special occasion is a very important undertaking and things may change beyond your control. Therefore, we accept the cancellation requests from our customers under these conditions. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Orders cancelled within 1 day of payment confirmed will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders cancelled 2 days after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 70% of the product purchase price.
3. Orders cancelled 3 days after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
4. After 3 days of confirmed payment, your order can NOT be cancelled any more. We can only refund the full shipping cost, as the production of your dress would have already been fully underway and all our dresses are cut and made to order.
