Houseofclayjamaica.com ("HOUSE OF CLAY") provides this site ("Website") as a service to its customers. Please note that your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website. Your continued use of the Website indicates your continued acceptance of these Terms and your acknowledgement that you are still bound to the Terms. COLOUR INFORMATION:

House of Clay has tried to accurately display the colours of our products, however, the colours you may see will depend on your monitor, display device or screen and therefore may not be accurate.

PROCESSING TIME:

Based on our unwavering commitment to quality, All Clay dresses are made to order and will therefore take three to six months (3-6 months) to complete before your order is shipped. It may take less time depending on the dress style details and order quantity.

If you have an urgent wedding date you may contact us about the possibility of a rush order. However, House of Clay reserves the right to decline any order outside the required timeline and rush orders will attract an additional cost of US$200.

SHIPPING:

Local orders will be delivered within 24 hours of completion. Local customers may also choose to pick up from our location.

International delivery may take (5-7) working days. Please ensure you have allowed adequate time before the actual date of your wedding to avoid late delivery mishaps. House of Clay has no control over the delivery time by the shipping company. All international orders are shipped with DHL.

When your order has been shipped, a notification will be sent to your e-mail followed by timely updates on the progress of your dress. When your order is complete, shipment notification will be sent via email which will include your tracking number with which you may track your order online.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation Policy - Wedding Dresses

Cancellations made within 7 days of the order date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the order date will incur a 50% restocking fee.
After day 14, pre-orders are non-refundable.
There are no refunds for custom work or deposits.
